Phase 1 · Fund now
The Phase 1 funding strategy combines immediate operations, property control, county access, mobile response and institutional partnership development so the mission can begin serving while permanent campuses are designed and built.
Lease/occupancy, insurance, security, IT, furnishings, command operations, case-management preparation, donor meetings and launch staffing.
Property donation, favorable acquisition, option, conditional contract, due diligence, survey, zoning, utilities, environmental review and professional site planning.
Accessible Barnwell, Bamberg and Allendale hub offices plus local public-facing service space and partner coordination.
County service vehicles, regional mobile units, accessible passenger transportation, field technology, dispatch and outreach supplies.
Fixtures, receiving/inventory systems, cold/dry storage, household essentials, grocery support, logistics equipment and partner-supplied inventory.
Fitness, telehealth, counseling, prevention, nutrition, wellness navigation and qualified healthcare/behavioral-health partner delivery.
Classrooms, certifications, technology, employer partnerships, internships and supervised learning through real campus operations.
Apartment-style housing, short-stay stabilization, case management, budgeting, savings, credit restoration and independent-housing preparation.
Major donors may discuss mission-aligned naming opportunities for buildings, halls, rooms, wellness suites, kitchens, classrooms, chapels, gardens and program funds, subject to HSM approval and agreement.
Funding can be stacked responsibly. Government, philanthropy, corporate giving, in-kind donations, land gifts, bank/community-development partnerships, healthcare partners, churches and individual donors may support different pieces of the same coordinated system. HSM does not publicly represent any company or organization as a confirmed partner until a real agreement or award exists.
Accountability is part of the investment
Back to Life is designed around verified intake, restricted-fund controls, inventory records, approvals, reconciliation, audit trails, service history, case milestones, follow-up and outcome reporting. These controls are designed to prevent waste, detect fraud, reduce abuse, stop unnecessary duplication and protect public trust.
Every major ask is tied to a stated use, program or capital deliverable.
Private participant, donor-strategy, property-negotiation and due-diligence records remain protected in Back Office.
Appropriate metrics move beyond anecdote: stabilization, learning, employment, savings, housing readiness, independent housing and follow-up.
Plans remain labeled as proposed or development-stage until funded, acquired, constructed, staffed, licensed or otherwise verified.
What a funder is helping build
Bring your funding lane to the table
HSM will follow the application, portal, inquiry, meeting or due-diligence process required by the funding organization and provide controlled supporting documents appropriate to the review.
