OFFICE OF ADMISSIONS

A Clear Path to Enrollment

From application through orientation, every admission step remains connected to one protected student record. Qualified high school students may apply for approved HSM study and for the five annual Academic Excellence Full-Ride Scholarships.

The process

Six stages, one accountable record.

1 · INFORMATION

Explore and ask questions

Review programs, course levels, admissions requirements, tuition, scholarships, payment plans, delivery format, and ministry expectations.

2 · APPLICATION

Submit the formal application

Provide legal name, contact information, desired program, prior education, ministry background, references, and required documents. High school applicants also provide school, grade, expected graduation year, academic record, and guardian information when required.

3 · REVIEW

Admissions and document review

Admissions verifies identification, education records, references, writing samples, and program prerequisites without creating duplicate people records.

4 · DECISION

Receive the admission decision

Approved, conditionally approved, needs documents, waitlisted, or denied decisions are recorded with official notes and next steps.

5 · FINANCIAL CHECK-IN

Complete tuition arrangements

Scholarships post first, external awards are verified, then the remaining balance may be paid or placed on an approved payment plan.

6 · ORIENTATION

Enter the classroom prepared

Complete technology, academic integrity, student conduct, communication, payment, and online classroom orientation before classes begin.

Faculty access

Staff Portal only

Faculty members do not receive a separate public login. They sign in through the established HSM Staff Portal and see only the courses, sections, students, grading work, discussions, and assessments assigned to them. Assignment removal ends access without deleting historical academic records.
