A parent, family member, church, ministry, employer, sponsor, or other authorized payee may make a school-account payment without signing into the student’s portal. Making a payment does not provide access to the student’s application, academic, disciplinary, financial-aid, or other protected school records.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION & ETHICS STATEMENT

By approving this payment, the payee authorizes HSMDOCE Student Accounts to charge the payment method presented for the displayed total. The school-account credit and any separately disclosed bank / processing fee are shown independently; only the school-account credit is applied to the identified student or applicant account. The payee confirms that the payment information is lawfully theirs to use, the information provided is truthful, and the payment is being made in good faith. The payee understands that making, sponsoring, or funding a payment does not grant access to the student’s application, academic, disciplinary, financial-aid, or other protected school records without the student’s authorized permission. For card payments, card information is submitted directly to the selected payment provider through a tokenized payment session; HSMDOCE does not store the full card number or card security code on school servers.
