How the information will be used
HSM Back to Life will aggregate responses by county and respondent type and produce professional charts, summaries, and documented findings. Individual contact information is kept out of public reports. Findings can be presented to churches, businesses, community partners, and government leaders as documented community input. The intake does not ask respondents how to vote, support a candidate, or adopt a political position.
